MILA (5th Edition)

The IFTA Model International Licensing Agreement ("MILA") has long set the standard for licensing international rights in motion pictures and television programming.
The model agreements were first published in 1986, and have since been updated in 1994, 2000, 2005, 2007 (with an Internet and Wireless Rider), and 2010. The latest language is incorporated into the Agreements in response to licensing trends such as advancements in digital technology and the Agreements include Deal Terms, Standard Terms and Definitions and a complete set of the international Financing Attachments.

IFTA Members login to access the MILA.

Non-Members can purchase the MILA by using the Publication Order Form.
