Avi Lerner

Avi Lerner has been the chairman and CEO of Nu Image, Inc. since 1992, building the company into one of the largest independent production and finance companies in the business today. Lerner founded Nu Image with Danny Dimbort, Trevor Short and Danny Lerner after building the Nu Metro Entertainment Group into the largest entertainment company in South Africa. The Los Angeles-based Nu Image has produced and financed more than 300 films, distributing them to every major market around the world. Under the Nu Image/Millennium Films label formed in 1996, Lerner has produced numerous films, including Lonely Hearts, Black Dahlia, Mad Money, Rambo 4, The Contract and Righteous Kill.
