When is the AFM?

Is the AFM a film festival?
The AFM is a marketplace where producers and sales companies license films to distributors. The AFM is not a festival, and there are no competitions or prizes.

Who can exhibit?
Any production or distribution company may exhibit at the AFM. To exhibit with an office, costs begin at less than $7,500. See How to Exhibit under Exhibition Resources for more information. In addition to production and distribution companies, exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities are available for companies that provide services or products to the entertainment industry. How do I pitch my project or film at the AFM? The AFM is a great place to pitch your project or film - if you have a plan. Read How to Work the AFM and use these steps to increase your chances of success.

When can I register?
Attendees may register in advance or on-site. It is suggested that you pre-register for convenience.

What about hotel accommodations?
The AFM offers discounted rates at official AFM Hotels for Registered Attendees. Reservations must be made through the AFM. Hotel information is only sent to Registered Attendees.
