An accredited Buyer is a company that has contracted with one or more IFTA member companies to distribute or sub-distribute three or more motion pictures or television programs in the past three years.

Any company that has not previously attended the AFM as an accredited buyer must be accredited prior to 5 October 2007 to attend as a Buyer.

There is no buyer accreditation during the AFM.

To determine if you can attend the AFM as an accredited Buyer, please print a Buyer Accreditation Form and fax the completed form back to IFTA at 310-446-1600 by 5 October 2007. For more information, please send a request to Accreditation@ifta-online.org.

If your company does not qualify as a Buyer for AFM 2007, or does not apply before the 5 October 2007 deadline, your company may attend with an Industry Badge.

If your company does not qualify as a Buyer but does acquire product during the AFM, contact the Registration Department after the end of the market to reapply as an accredited buyer. If your company becomes accredited at that time, you will be refunded the difference between an Industry and Buyer Badge.

Requests must be received by 30 November 2007 to be eligible for the refund.
