In order to receive a Buyer registration packet for AFM 2008, your company must first be deemed eligible as a Buyer under AFM rules. Filling out the form below will allow IFTA to determine if you meet the association's criteria for Buyers.

Note: This page is not a registration page. By filling out and submitting this form, you are NOT registering for a badge or reserving space at the AFM. Click here for more information about registering for the AFM.

All Buyer Eligibility requests must be submitted by 10 October 2008 - eligibility requests will not be accepted after that date. We do not process Buyer Eligibility requests during the AFM.

Buyer Eligibility Requirements

AFM defines a Buyer as one of the following:

• A company which has contracted with one or more members of the Independent Film & Television Alliance (IFTA) to distribute in at least one audio-visual medium, at least three motion pictures or television programs during the last three years.
• A company which has contracted with one or more IFTA members for such company to sub-distribute (i.e. re-license) in at least one audio-visual medium at least three motion pictures or television programs during the last three years.
